1. We takes every precaution to ensure your merchandise will arrive in new, complete and intact condition. However, shipping accidents occasionally occur.   

2. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In addition, we are not responsible for freight/shipping damage, and cannot assist you with your claim.   

3. We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on customers’ orders. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees on all orders. We are NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by foreign Customs. Orders cannot be canceled, refused or returned because of customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees.  

4.Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please check the Refund/Change Policy.   

5. We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk. Most of the time we never get the products stopped by customs. But we are not responsible for products hold by your local customs. We can’t control any option or right that customs holds. If your customs hold your products and do not release back to you by any reason, we will do our best to help releasing the products, and would like to offer some discount for your new orders to less the loss in your last package, but please note that we are NOT responsible for the loss because the packages is held by your local customs.

Exchange / Return　
Before placing your order with us, please be advised that international Exchange and Returns are both expensive and time-consuming. Many customers have had success selling unwanted items to friends or on Ebay or similar sites instead of paying the return shipping costs to the Express Company. You are responsible for paying the postage and insurance on any Return or Exchange packages.  

We will accept returns from the customers for up to 7 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered. Return items must be sent in brand new condition, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, swimwear, make-up and body jewelry.

(5) All the exchanges and returns MUST BE PERFECT BRAND NEW CONDITION, in the same condition they were received in,　must be returned with all original packing, manuals, paper, and accessories and returned on time.
(6) These kind of reasons for exchange or return are unacceptable, such as "I don’t want the products anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color" or ”Colors of products are darker or lighter than shown on the picture”.
(7)Sinoestar.com will refund you only after the merchandise returned. We cannot refund your tax, duty, and Customs fees that were paid at the time of delivery.
(8) We offer the possibility to exchange or return BUT reserve the right to deny exchange or return if ANY of the listed condition are UNFULFILLED.　

*Cancel Order
Customers can cancel the order, money will be returned at a reasonable order cancel deducting rate 12%, if you cancel your order within doing payment 12 hours, and before we ship your products out; we will return the money within 2 work days when we receive your cancellation request. You will need to wait between 4 to 7 work days for the money was returned back to you.
