How do i connect with Customer Services?
What if the products I need is not on your site?
If the items you need are not on our website, you can submit an enquiry to us. To facilitate your inquiry, please kindly send us the model name, if possible; please send us the picture of the items you want.
Are all your products on the web site available?
We will confirm it according to your orders before you do the payment. But because we deal with very many orders each day, the stock is changing minutely. So sometimes maybe you will be asked to change your choice.

How do you ship packages?

What if I wanna cancel my order after I do the payment?
You can cancel the order, money will be returned at a reasonable order cancel deducting rate 12%, if you cancel your order within doing payment 12 hours, and before we ship your products out; we will return the money within 2 work days when we receive your cancellation request. You will need to wait between 4 to 7 work days for the money was returned back to you.
